Very upsetting to see excessive price I paid for a room only to find Wotif has it later for almost half the price & the cancellation cut off was too late.
Trying to do the right thing & book early but I won’t use again, wasn’t affordable at all especially with the room I’ve paid all that money for.

Honour your bookings terrible service never again and once more I was refunded $150 and here a week later they still owe $200 refund and won’t return emails and every ph number is disconnected

Wotif does not respond to emails, support numbers don’t work in Australia.

Pathetic and useless service and have not refunded my payment as agreed with the Hotel.

Took my booking and the hotel was closed down when I got there I had nowhere to stay and had to find other accommodation very disappointed

Terrible. My flight was cancelled (so not my fault) by one night and the accommodation place was prepared to waive one night’s accommodation but Wotif was not prepared to do so. This is not fair as it was out of my control that the flight was cancelled.

Horrible service, everything was so difficult. Wotif made a mistake and expected me to pay for it. They stated they have tried contacting the hotel to make the smallest change when they in fact did not. The hotel luckily helped so we could have a nice holiday
