Wotif accepted a booking, and took payment for a property they knew could not acce guests for the specified dates. Still waiting for the refund.
The property suggested that we do not use Wotif or the Expedia group to look for an alternative

The rooms priced at $95 per night is ridiculously overpriced as the facility is extremely run down – I will never stay there again and will not advise anyone to support this. Maybe they should look to accommodate backpackers at $20 per night.

If you are paying $95 you expect something decent – not now but decent.

I booked on line and it was confirmed but when we arrived there was no one there. when I rang they said reception closed at 8pm and i didn’t book tilll after that time. I was advise the booking only puts my credit card on hold. But according to my statement money was charged for the room I couldn’t access and never used. Please refund my money!

Unable to contact a rep about problem with booking when my browser froze.
After 15 minutes the boking had not be finalized and using online chat was completely useless. No phone number is provided for support. I will book directly with hotel in future so that support is available.

We never even got into the building to be able to stay here. Haven’t been refunded either. Appalling! Wotif provided 2 phone numbers for the accomodation, one was disconnected and the office phone rang out 30 times.

Got charged double. No communication between hotel and whatif.Inthe process of trying to get my money back.
