The pool was not stated on the wotif website it was closed, that was the whole purpose of staying there and we didn’t stay at the premises, no fee should be charged for false advertisement… Disappointed… I would like confirmation I will not be charged for this inconvenience on myself and my family…

Terrible, I booked accommodation only to receive an email. 24 hours later to say I had cancelled it which I didn’t. It took me 3 chat conversations to try and sort it out as there is no phone number to call you. You allowed the property to list without specifying they where an air bnb if I had known that I would not have booked

Very bad experience. Last day they emailed that our booking was cancelled. We paid full amount plus 400 dollars deposits. After two days still waiting for refund.
