June 19, 2022Changed my booking date to suit themselves and stole my money .. no refund . I was laughed at and told it happens all the time .. no apology no re fund
June 19, 2022We booked a superior twin room for 2 Adult and a child. We told the reception on the booking that our flight did not arrive until 10:30pm. We arrived at the Hotel and there was no reception and no one to call except security. Security couldn’t find our booking that was prepaid. Security gave us a key to a room with 1 double bed in a small room with a shower and toilet next to the bed.
Not happy with this hotel at all.
It was a complete rip off.

Not impressed. Wotif took the money for the booking. Unfortunately the hotel was booked out. Arrived there in the middle of the night, had nowhere to stay… And couldn’t get my money back from wotif…..
June 17, 2022Very poor quality room, checked out the next day due to rude staff and very unhelpful, staff didn’t speak English and was very hard to understand, was charged $30 for on site parking and the was told the parking station was 2 streets away, would never stay there or recommend anyone to stay there

June 15, 2022I left many messages to have the itinerary emailed to me this still has not happened. I want to select my seat have no reply.
June 15, 2022The hotel had no rooms avalable , but you let me book and pay for a room not avalable.
June 13, 2022I recieved a confirmation email and when I arrived at the Hotel I was informed the booking didn’t go through.
The hotel staff were amazing. 10/10
