February 24, 2022Terrible, I booked accommodation only to receive an email. 24 hours later to say I had cancelled it which I didn’t. It took me 3 chat conversations to try and sort it out as there is no phone number to call you. You allowed the property to list without specifying they where an air bnb if I had known that I would not have booked
February 23, 2022Very bad experience. Last day they emailed that our booking was cancelled. We paid full amount plus 400 dollars deposits. After two days still waiting for refund.
