A single Room
July 10, 2022Booking for two (2) nights. Wanted to cancel first night only knowing that I would lose payment for that night. Wotif canceled both nights. No amount of effort online or phoning only known number (also an automated non responsive system). Rang hotel and advised they couldn’t do anything ring Wotif.

I couldn’t change my password (from my previous booking) using the “Forgotten Password” link. Get your act together Wotif. Again, disappointed with your lack of service. All I want is an acknowledge of my booking and ability to print my itinerary. Never again would I use your company.
your virtual chat is not working and I want to cancel some rooms from my booking, Have spent three hours going around in circles your phone system dose not who either! Service sucks!
July 8, 2022Very disappointing. We did not stay in the room that we booked. It was not ready at the agreed time and still was not cleaned two hours later. The communication from the provider was non existent; said they would phone back but never did. Did not respond to emails. I am still waiting on a reply regarding my refund as agreed on when they could not provide the service. Finally after two hours and 3 conversations ( about 7 calls however as many went unanswered) they admitted the room had still not been cleaned and they did not have a cleaner,despite telling us that the cleaners were still in the room. I have used wiring before but never again. I want my refund asap as promised over phone. No response to multiple emails to Andrew since our last phone conversation last Friday at 4pm. We had gone to the key drop off box three times in two hours as we were told they were running a little late with cleaning.
