Ok until today, WTF I turn up to Newport Hotel only to be told that I missed my booking on the Monday 1st of August! I booked the room for one night for the 6th! I received a confirmation by SMS only stating of my upcoming visit but no dates! If You had put a date on the SMS message of check-in date I could have corrected it, rather than show up with my girlfriend and embarrass then shit out of me and have to try on short notice a place to stay!(which also failed) I then had ask a friend of 60 kms away if he had a bed for us, luckily yes! So you take my money and want a review of your SERVICE! Social Media is a powerful thing, and If I dont get answers thats where I will tell my story! GREGORY COWAN

The property overall was good for my stay over.
I did not like the charge for the additional person, as I did the initial search with 2 adults and 1 child for one room. Prices appeared and I did the booking, then by reviewing the bill I have been charged for the children as an additional person. So this is a very dishonest way to get your money. I will use a different platform or possibly contact directly the property for my next booking.

And beer wine and spirits also.
You provide a very basic service yet charge
A lot of money for a very unwelcoming environment
