The fact I click on email host and nothing pops up no way of emailing them

Received ZERO feedback and confirmation from the owner of establishment

I’ve paid for it.

They’ve held the money.

I need my son to collect the keys on my behalf on check in day as my flight arrives in Sydney very late

Tried the customer chat on Wotif to be given a “bot”.

Some acknowledgment from someone would be greatly appreciated.

I msgd wotif with booking confirmation number and my details to get a refund and multiple times msg back said my booking doesn’t exist.
The refund request was in reference to soldiers motel I arrived at 6:40pm and office was closed, I noticed a voicemail while I was on the road from the same number of office listed outside the office. Said in voicemail office is closing at 6:30pm any issues please call back on this number. Which I did for 20mins and office number will ring (which I could hear ring inside office) and would say please hold and then just ring again in office instead of being diverted to someone off site to help. I ended up booking another motel using a different site and will never use wotif ever again.
Still waiting on a refund

Terrible site allowing properties to adverstise, take the full accomodation amount only to cancel the booking 30 mins later. I had a previous property booked on another site that I cancelled to book this one and now I have no accomodation options other than those with over inflated letting fees

I try to use the nsw $50voucher, unfortunately the code i enter inthe box where you put in the coupon it does not apply. Wotif should inform that the voucher can not be used. I thought i xan claim it at the hotel, but i received the email from wotf the next few hours that i can not use the voucher. It is disappointed.

By not changing there prices within a minute of booking one then having to book another and changed the price with a difference of $30 bit rich I thought very misleading and I won’t be using Wotif again

Definitely wouldn’t use this company again. Took them 2 seconds to take the money out of my account and confirm the booking and few hours later cancel the booking with no explanation as to why, nothing. You can’t call them they have no information and need to have someone else call you but two days later still no call .. so nowhere to stay and no refunds for 10 days so no money. Very poor

Hi,

They had a villa advertised on the site that said it was available for the dates I booked, so I paid for it and then was told by the Host that it was booked out for those dates and I should not have been able to book.

How I have to wait a week for the refund to come through.

Not a good experience at all.

I booked 3 rooms/6 beds on Saturday morning and received a confirmation email. Come the monday night the accommodation was phoning saying there were no rooms and blamed fhe booking agency (wotif) for double booking. Now left without any accommodation as everything is booked out.

We booked a bedroom suite that clearly stated sleeps 4 people, then received an email from them the next day saying it only sleeps 3.
Very bad service as we then had to cancel that booking, and make a new booking through booking.com. Will be staying with booking.com for future reservations.
