We have had a very stressful time with a booking through Wotif. It wasn’t the booking service as such but the condition of the property on arrival. We would recommend you remove this property from your site. We would also like a refund of our room rate paid. Contact with the property by email is not being returned and phone calls not going through. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Can you please respond to this message. Thanks Leanne and Karyn

Horrible. I booked a hotel on the wrong dates. Went to change and hour later and lost half my money to cancelation fees.

The booking process was fine until I was contacted the next day to be told my booking had to be canceled, no explanation why and even though it was confirmed and more than half paid. What’s the point of receiving confirmation if you’re told you can’t have your booking one day later. Waste of time and effort, just to be left high and dry.

Pricing changed, I opened a new window to check on other sites and when I looked at Wotif the price had increased by up to $100.
I get that you can do as you like but the price should be the price for 1 day not 15 minutes

I’ve been scammed when booking through you. Not impressed at all. The accommodation that I was supposed to have booked is on other sites for varying costs. Then to top it off I was emailed for personal details which I certainly wasn’t going to share.
I will now have to go to my bank and try yo retrieve my $664.00Au.
I have had to book accommodation elsewhere for my trip.
Very angry about my experience and certainly won’t be using you again and I’ll be sharing this bad experience with others warning them of potential scamming

Simply not good enough when it can take 3 days to refund
