The room was old but clean but the bed base was broken so we had to put the mattress on the floor. Would never stay there again.

You said I was going to get a refund then you have gone back on your word , lying as a big business,
I could not stay the extra night as I had to return home due to medical reasons .
Refund was offered and agreed , then yous went back on your word , never use yous again , will be encouraging other people not to use Wotif due to this reason , I always used it as booking site .
You will not have my business any more and many others thst I tell not to use your website ..

I searched on 2 adults and 1 child (plus 2 pets but couldn’t search with this). Upon confirmation I realise it was just for 2 adults and no child, further that the dogs would be an extra $40 which was not disclosed. All rights reserved.

Advertising rooms correctly so you don’t turn up to property and have a room not suitable for amount of travellers.
