They need to be shut down. The hotel was the worst place I have ever stayed in. Full of mould everywhere in the bathroom, the vanity was falling apart from water rot, the shower head was broken off and they had used zip ties and duct tape to fix it in place. Did not look like it had been cleaned for a while.

I had to book The Naz City Hotel due to a bad stay me and my wife had to deal with , we’ve been trying to get a refund as the place was different to photos and the state of the room was disgusting, the room was so small and dirty , we didn’t get any towels and there were no pillow cases , please get back to my wife Venesa Sacco following the stay at Tk Taksim Hotel
The guy at the reception told Wotif that he’s manager and when we went to speak to him he got aggressive! He said that he isn’t the manager and to email her .

I couldnt check in. Had to book a separate room because the motel didn’t receive payment confirmation. Ended up paying $616 for a $308 room

Very disappointed with the service you have provided. I booked a full package consisting of two way airline tickets and stay for four nights I in Sydney. My itinerary number is: 72375086135886.

My return flight was cancelled and the free flight they provided was not convenient at all as I had booked my stay for four nights. I had to take the flight though which was a day earlier to when I was supposed to check out.
My money was wasted as I had paid for four nights and I had to check out a day early in a hotel that charges $250 per night. I called you guys and you told that it’s not our fault.

I called the airline they told me that my flight is not eligible for refund because I booked from a third party.

People are actually mad who book tickets from third parties like Wotif as when it comes to issues/ inconveniences you guys refuse to take any responsibility. So my suggestion is if you have the authority to book a ticket for us, have the responsibility to provide compensation if things go wrong.

Totally inconvenient and worst experience. I won’t be booking any flights from any third parties because of their incapability and irresponsibility to take an action when needed. Wotif you are one of them. Hopeless, my first and last time booking with you. Thanks for giving me one of the worst experiences of my life.
