Pictures were not matched with the place they gave us. Beware of this! There is a picture of very nice and new building while booking. However, they gave se
us to a very rusty and untidy building far from that building on the photo which was totally different from what we payed for !!!

Unfortunately the room stank of cigarette smoke. We arrived after check in so we couldn’t ask for another room. It was like sleeping in a half comfy bed in an ashtray. There was also stains on the floor. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I was sent a coupon for 12% which I applied and was working and deducting off the total. When I signed into my account it took the discount away, I tried to reapply the coupon but it said the coupon had a already been used.

Incorrect date booked – duplicating the date for a correct booking. I contacted wotif over 20 times with no response to change the booking to the correct date. I’m now out of pocket for the incorrect booking and without accommodation!!
