Although I paid extra for the ‘free cancellation’ option for the room I booked at the Hotel II Convento, Naples, for October 2019, my credit card was charged immediately for the full amount of the booking.

Booked with WOTIF which showed a huge discount for our hotel ($107 pn) however, a day later i found the same hotel for $69 pn which is a huge difference. As our booking it non refundable, we will NEVER book with WOTIF again.

Terrible service we got badly miss treated insulted shouted up and left unattended at the reception walked out and got back tried again receptionist was very aggressive and uncooperative, and charging us for the rooms that we never go, still trying to who can help.

Terrible. We booked a room for a family of four only to find out later on from the provider that the room only sleeps three and either we need to pay for a second room (if there are any left) or are likely to not have enough beds for us all.
I booked for four, paid for four, and now have a costly problem on my hands. Don’t bother cancelling it as there’s no accomodation left in town on that weekend.
We will take a swag and sleep in the verandah if we have to.

Come up advertising a discount. Booked hotel. There was nowhere to put in discount code. Feel the whole thing was just a scam.

The room was in perfect order.
the owner was a gentlemen.
will defiantly be back.
However i wont be booking with WOTIF again as they take there cut, unfortunately the Motel/Hotel owners are held to ransom . i will be booking directly with them from know on and saving money.

Payment was frustrating – website not functioning. The third attempt finally saw booking and payment. I was concerned that perhaps previous payments had gone through and I would be charged three times – however, persisted and finally received confirmation of booking and payment. The experience was lengthy, worrying and annoying. It was definitely Wotif website and not the server.
I was also resentful that the booking I made was $112 cheaper on your website the next day for the same room – are you going to price match as advertised and reimburse the difference?
