Useless, time wasting, false advertising, misinformed. I could see more info the your customer service person. Your rates vary depending on where it was derived from even though it looks like I was still on wotif & by quite a lot.

I made a hotel booking for April 2020 with free cancellation up to March 2020.
You had the cheek to take my money now .
How can you do that, It had free cancellation, what gives you the right to take my money now.

Please refund it to me, you got it not the hotel.

This person has no right to be in customer service. Arrogant, appalling attitude from the beginning of the conversation. I was not listened to at all, spoken to with no manners what so ever and I was put on hold for over 3 hours. If a customer is upset because you are telling them that can not have what is written to them in the email that they have in front of them,then it is your job to be calm and professional not speaking to provoke the person and question them as if they don’t know what they are talking about as if they are they child. If this is the type of service that you provide Wotif I will never be booking with your company again, even if the ticket price that you offer is drastically cheaper I will be choosing another provider. I travel frequently around the world and I will go out of my to let others know not to use your service as you provide no service at all. If this is the type of person that you want to represent you company, then good luck to you!

I had hoped to get the 12% discount expecting it to come up at the end but had gone too far before saw that it wasn’t. Tried to then cancel the booking – a number of times – but it just ‘whirred round and round”. So now left presuming info I see saying the booking is intact stands but not totally sure. Jean

Never going to use wotif again.

Booked into Rydges Kalgoorie this Monday 20th May and drive approx 7 hrs. Was called Saturday to advise there was a glitch in the system. And I could not stay at the Rydges and would be bumped to another hotel.

I had booked to travel to other parts of WA (Esperance and Albany) after Kalgoorlie. I now have to stay at a budget motel so I don’t have to inconvenience my clients.

No other option.

Very disappointed, won t use again and will let everyone else know.
