Shocked to find the price would have been much cheaper to book direct with the hotel. For the price paid we could have booked a suite rather than a room. This makes me doubt the value of your service. This is the second time we have experienced this recently and will not be booking agin.

I was given a goodwill voucher for the value of $200 for a recent booking that the hotel did not honour, they said that they did not have a booking under my name and are full, so I had to book somewhere else plus hire a car at great expense to myself.

I applied this $200 voucher to this booking and was credited $180 Aust towards the booking, I would like to know what currency is the $200 I would of assumed it was Australian or American if it was American I should have been credited $220 Aust. at least.

I searched accomodation in Daylesford for the dates 25-26 of June. The website automatically changed my dates to Sunday the 26-27 of June. After making my booking I never received a confirmation email. I then had to call my hotel directly only to find out my stay had been booked for Sunday and this couldn’t be refunded. Ruined my weekend away.

When I got to the hotel they didn’t even know I had booked a room and then I had to wait for them to check their emails and enter all our information. The room we were given had cockroaches in every room and the master bathroom would get a pool of water on the floor when you had a shower.

In less than a day from my inadvertent booking of a flight from Cairns to Alice Springs, I tried to call Wotif phone number from my office in downtown Los Angeles but was not able to get through. My husband called from home to request cancellation of the flight and refund and was told by Rocky that an email confirming cancellation would be sent within 15 minutes. I emailed a reply to the booking email to confirm the cancellation request and my husband’s discussion with Rocky. Several days later, I still have not received any reply or email whatsoever. Just this auto-generated request for feedback.

This is poor customer service. if confirmation is not received by May 23, 2019, I will call Amex to contest charge for the flight.
