The hotel had no record of my booking, I had to wait 30 mins to get another reservation which I was lucky to get at all and now I have two charges on my credit card I need to sort out

I seached on wotif website for business class return fares to sweden, and mistakenly bought a mixed class fare (economy on syd-sin & sin-syd legs on qantas). After attempting to upgrade the economy legs with either qantas points or cash with both qantas and wotif, I was told it was not possible. I then asked wotif for a cancellation free of charge and was denied even though the website results from business class search were misleading. Very poor effort from wotif

You have already taken the money out of my account. Yet I have not been to the motels.
Other booking agents don’t take the money out of my account until I book into the motel.
So this would be the last time l will be using your service.

The hotel I booked was described on your website as being at Melbourne Airport, but it is not. Ciloms Airport Lodge is actually 10 minutes away (by car I believe). You should not allow this hotel to advertise on your booking website as being at Melbourne (Tullamarine) Airport. I have since found out that I have to ring for a shuttle bus to pick me up & return me to the airport next day. There are other hotels that are at Melbourne Airport- Holiday Inn, Ibis Budget & the Hilton. I can walk to all these hotels, but not to Ciloms Airport Lodge. It is false & misleading advertising to describe Ciloms Airport Lodge as being at Melbourne Airport. I would have cancelled my booking, but trying to get a refund and rebook is all too hard. Not Happy!!!!!!!!!!!

We added specific instructions regarding our booking a week before check in. The staff or management didnt acknowledge, respond or accommodate our request.
We had a 2nd booking for a business trip in the same hotel and came a few days early with the intention of staying in the same room for the entire trip.
The staff didn’t communicate beforehand and we weren’t left with many options at the time of check in. It was too late and we will now have to check out and check back in again as opposed to staying in the same room for the entire trip.

I was deeply disappointed in the way I was treated. My Fiancè and I ordered a spa room online and paid the extra to have the spa in our room. we particularly wanted the privacy to enjoy our first room with a spa. when we got to the hotel the staff member checked us in with a friendly nature and verry professional attitude. we went of to our room and found that we only had a single bath. we were told we would need to ring wotif as the booking was through them. the first call I was hung up on. the second call I was told that wotif doesn’t even have them rooms on their site. I was then told there was a comunal spa at the Hotel and I had to use that. there was no attempt by wotif to rectify the issue and the lady at the Hotel said I’m sorry sir but I think I will be able to help you. I hung up on the wotif staff and the Hotel staff was more then happy to get us what we needed. she transfers us into a room we had asked for and made sure we knew if there was anything else we needed to let her know. in the future I will not be using wotif for any bookings I would rather go directly to that hotel.
