The room did not match the pictures at all we didn’t have a window the room was a shoebox and we had a skylight above the bed to wake us up at the crack of dawn. To top it off the room had a strange smell about it

June 9, 2019Deliver what was booked. I booked 2 rooms both with a Queen and a double bed. Neither room came with the double. My friend slept in a room with 3 children squashed in the queen bed and 1 person in the single.
June 9, 2019I have gone ahead with the booking despite what I see as either conscious deception or innocent wording regarding payment.Tis is in regards to your site assuring potential customer(me) that no money would be paid until booking but ten finding that in fact money is taken out,,,,Make up your f@#$%^&in minds.
June 8, 2019Room out the back of hotel. Not standard expected of Airlie Hotel. Told to wait while others got room. Very low standard. Reflective of price but would have paid twice as much if I had know what I was sleeping in. Yuck!
