June 18, 2019The Motel booked Watif advertised Smart TV with Netflix. Lies, No Netflix, No use of smart TV. Only had use of free to air channels. Very disappointed as I could have booked with another site and got Cable TV at the very least. Watif = false advertising.
June 17, 2019I tried to contact Wotif buy phone and after two attempts got cut off both times how are you supposed to contact customer service for help with your booking I think I need to go back to dealing with Motels direct
June 17, 2019This was my first time using wotif and pretty disappointed, as was looking forward to staying at our accommodation, but our rooms were not similar to what we booked for, and the hotel couldn’t help us as booking was done by wotif

They can only improve my service if they refund me my money cos wen I went to check in at. A hotel the hotel wouldn’t let me check in till 2 in the afternoon
June 13, 2019I wanted to change a name on the ticket while still having over 2 weeks for the date of travelling and wotif was unable to help in any way shape or form. Absolutely pathetic. Will be avoiding wotif.
