I arrived at the hotel and they were booked out and unable to accommodate us. The manager said they had been booked out for months but your site said they had 2 rooms. We had to find another hotel. I will never trust Wotif again.

Spent a lot of time to chose a hotel and flights (Adelaide – Canberra, return), but when I clicked “Pay” the system responded, “Sorry, cannot process your request” without any explanations I had to repeat the order with the same result.

Finally, had to request my bank to cancel the transactions.

A lot of troubles with zero result.

I have asked that this not be in Rger’s name as it is not him travelling. I entered all of my details including a new password as it is the same email address and still you say the booking is in his name.

I emailed to explain how I tried to use the APP8 discount code when I downloaded the app but it didn’t show up on reservation.
I had a reply to my email asking to attach further info … which I did. BUT the email domain was not allowing a reply. Tried twice to no avail. Frustrating. Any discounts in this current climate, is beneficial. Everything gets more expensive so any saving helps.

Yes I can tell you it said a small deposit you have taken the total amount I am not happy with paying that amount of money 8 months in advance so that being said what happens now

Service was poor. Booking was completed and did not go through – now lost. And then Wotif charged me $1 for not completing booking. Will not use again and will not recommend to friends

The listing stated pay on arrival no charges at time of booking. Website/accommodate charged my charged the night of the booking instead of two weeks time. Have to wait 2 weeks for the reversal of funds and it put my account into overdraft.
