Disappointed in lack of understanding your customer in their time of stress.
Contacted Wotif due to late cancellation of medical treatment, hotel needed to be cancelled and rescheduled.Wotif keeping $20 booking fee,no empathy just read the cancellation clause, Great NOT.

Terrible … did not describe the accommodation appropriately .. very disappointed
July 19, 2019I booked on a Friday night with two small children, there was no notification to advise that there would be loud music (really loud) until 1am… facility was old/out-dated, unclean and not suited whatsoever for a family.

I am yet to receive an email copy of the itinerary- I luckily screenshot it when it was booked so I had the booking reference number.
I manually logged into wotif (Twice) and send myself another email, but it is still yet to come through.

There service is lousy they charge for a room that I didn’t book & never had , I would never recommend them to anyone , also don’t book the Parkview motel in Geelong , it is a disgrace .

July 17, 2019The hotel we had booked wasn’t opened at the time, they didn’t have the right opening hours so we have been charged for somewhere we didn’t stay!!!!!

Tthe payment was made online, but I was requested to present my credit card at the reception. And the person at the reception took a note of my card details. This is a serious security breach and he can sell the data to anyone. I then have to be aware of my card transaction every day.
