Hard to communicate and cancel booking

Both our flights were cancelled going up and back (2 flights both ways). My partners’ return flights were changed 8 times over 2 days, by days and hours. We were beginning to wonder if we were put on stand by. Appalling. We had to be back for work, pets and other commitments.

Disappointed service and the whole time in the end my money was refunded however it was due to me persistently following it all up when management should of taken the initiative to help resolve the issue. In future I will be making sure to go to other easier alternatives as wotif is behind the eight ball 🎱. Poor excuse of a service being run like monkeys and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Rant over

Photos look way more better then the actual hotel. You need to stop editing photos because I would’ve stayed at a better hotel. That place was disgusting and not kid friendly.

I booked and paid for two rooms. I got an email from the Jetty Motel to say they had cancelled my reservation.
I called and they said they would send an email re the reservation

The reservation was for one room when I had booked and paid for two rooms.
