Hi sorry i booked with you at the summit hotel cebu i still have not received a confirmation email from you i just received an email asking questions i have already bookex else were and advised summit please refund my money asap as this was so unreliable i was forced to book another hotel please refund

The most disgraceful service I have ever used. I am still awaiting a full explanation as to why my ticket was cancelled and without my authority, some hours before the flight, and why I wasn’t notified properly. I have been waiting for an explanation now for almost a week now, and why an alternative flight wasn’t offered at that time as well. Because of your company, I missed a very important event and I will be taking appropriate legal action against you accordingly. I also note that you have failed to repay the amount you charged me for the ticket and have failed to reimburse me for same. All in all therefore it would appear your company has engaged in criminal fraud and I request a full explanation and advices in re all same and as soon as possible accordingly. A special deal was offered. I booked a room. 2 mins later I went back to book a second room on the same date and the price had increased. I called the call centre who said i had to pay the higer rate & they would refund the difference. I hung up. 5 minutes later the special at the cheaper rateappeared again. Frustrating

I made a reservation with Casuarina Ocean Retreat via Wotif only to find out that they were already booked out for the weekend. Fair enough people make mistakes when running a business.
They then directed me back to Wotif when I asked them for a refund. Multiple emails then calls to Wotif, twenty minutes of my time wasted on phone for what should be a routine simple process for your customers. At every stage, despite making it clear that my call was requesting a refund, I was asked to make another comparable booking with Wotif.
I have better ways of using my time & energy than wasting it through your obstructive refund process.
I will not be using Wotif again.

Apparently if I booked directly with the motel I wouldn’t have lost $170 when my children’s touch carnival was rained out ☔️ And rescheduled a week later with the booking not being flexible they miss out on representing their team

To whom it may concern

I have to request a full refund please. I have travelled to Hobart and had to book another room at the old woolstores. I was told at reception that the date I had booked on wotif. Com, is for next weekend 28th – 29th October 2018. I definitely chose 21st – 22nd of October 2018!!!
This is not suitable at all and I am currently out of pocket due to having to book a room today at reception, for my stay in Hobart tonight.
I travelled from Devonport to Hobart to purchase a car and could now fall short due to the cost of the room I booked online with wotif.Com being scheduled for next weekend, and not tonight.
Could you please refund asap as to not cause any disadvantage to my personal finance I had allocated for this trip.
