November 14, 2018I booked a number of stays for a work trip and made the mistake of double booking in the same location with two different venues. I can’t get a refund for the cancelled one due to your T&C’s. Therefore I will not use the Wotif service again. My
Wotif Itinerary number for the cancelled one is 7391665936356 and I retained 7391682511556 . I would be very grateful if you could reconsider and return my money, I cancelled the room immediately and have booked other nights through wotif on 22nd, 24th and 25th
I called to cancel my reservation and they called the hotel but manager was to return in 15mins to confirm with the Wotif staff member who informed me that he was taking care of the cancellation and not to worry. The day I was meant to check in I hadn’t seen any refund on account so called hotel who said the Wotif staff member didn’t get back to them and my room was still there paid for. I ended u having to take the room which I slept there to have a alarm from bed side up stairs continuously going off, upstairs was not part of my package so wasn’t allowed up there. In morning went to have a shower and there was no hot water. I left if running for almost half hr and no hot water. I ended up just using a towel and wiped myself down. Hotel apologised and said manager will call me which they did today (Tuesday) to say sorry and nothing they can do about the horrible stay I had with them and I feel it’s not fair that the Wotif guy didn’t cancel like asked and that I had no choice but take the room have a miserable night sleep due to alarm and no hot water for shower. Some compensation is going to be required
November 13, 2018I made a booking and it said confirmed but I never received confirmation email. So when I checked back in it said booking not confirmed. I confirmed it then when I got to hotel they said two bookings were made and they tried to charge me for both. Fiasco. Absolute mess.

November 12, 2018My dates got booked wrong and when I tried to fix it they were no help at all I had called the hotel directly and they said they could upgrade me for a fee and they refused to help move my dates, give me a refund, or credit me in any way. The man I spoke to barely spoke English was rude did not help at all. I would give us a zero star if possible I will never use Wotif again
November 11, 2018You double booked me. I did get moved to a new motel by the first motel but I did not get breakfast at the new one and I was ment to at the old one. I am not happy and I will not use you again.
November 9, 2018I put in my children age (17 & 15) when I start booking on wotif. The website pop up a room showing 2 adults + 2 children. After I booked and paid, the confirmation email showing children over 12 are adults. I requested a refund but the hotel refused. I think it is the wotif responsibilty.
