I booked through Wotif because on your website it said that the hotel I wanted to stay at I could reserve now and pay at the hotel upon arrival. I was then charged the full amount which overdrew my credit card which then charged me fees for overdrawing and also almost lost the reservation for the hotel. I will never be booking with Wotif again.

Poor customer experience I have made a mistake in my booking dates. I call your center immediately after my booking. the person was useless and couldn’t modify my dates, answer my questions or find an alternative.

Unable to change the dates of my bookings, hotel couldn’t do it either. give up and go control traffic somewhere if you can’t get the functions on your site to work or even to allow the hotel to change it without charging them money.

The first room we had the toilet didn’t work, so we moved to another so when we went to go to bed at about 11.30 we found our towels wet them got into bed and our bed was wet as well. We ring the front desk and he told us he would give us our money back but we had to leave, so we had no bed for the night and slept in our car. Do not stay st this dump .
