My card was charged without authorization. We picked the option to pay the hotel on arrival but still my CC was charged before checking in. Not happy at all.

You say dont pay until arrival and the card is only required for reservation and no money will be taken out, yet had money taken out without any payment advice. Had to ring the hotel for explaination.
Can understand always read the fine print but maybe better explaination would be great instead of the shock received.

After booking a room with 2 double beds on Wotif, we arrived at the hotel to be told that a room with only one bed was booked and that it doesnt really matter how many beds are selected when booking as that information is not passed on.

Extremely embarrassing arriving at a 5 star hotel, especially with guests after a very long drive, only to find that there is only one bed in the room.

Unacceptable! Wont be using Wotif anymore in the future.

Do not show a price then just before payment increase it. This is now very common on Wotif.

Sadly booked my weekend away 3 days ago and havent had confirmation from the airline (Jetstar ) which has prevented me from arranging other activities.
First and last time ill book online
