January 29, 2019When we booked the hotel the front summary page of all the hotels showed that our hotel choice was 0.71kms from Trevi fountain, which is where we had selected to stay near .. so we booked the hotel! When we got the confirmation, the actual hotel booking details showed the hotel was 1.4km’s away – so this is a system fault and really is false advertising! NOT GREAT, and although we are going to keep the hotel booking you need to fix this bug. We did also book our next hotel on a different site due to this.

Said they were going to refund full amount and only refunded $32
Never again booking with them

January 28, 2019Scammed by your website and a hotel in Scamander Tasmania. Selected 2 adults and 2 children on website, selected ‘reserve’, when arriving 2 hours later, found out it was a single Queen room, could not stay as was not able to accomodate our family. Operator has taken our money and WotIf has done bugger all to help. Poor customer service!
January 28, 2019So I booked a room online here got to place to stay. Got to hotel. The rooms where booked but they where happy to take our money. Got down graded to a room that wasn’t clean had no sheets had to wait for sheets. Got them didn’t get a blanket. And had to pay 95 dollars for a room no fridge no tv. No lamps no nothing. And there was a dog in room beside us that could get it’s mouth under the door. Windows didn’t lock never recommend at all
January 28, 2019It was not easy to change the name of the second room on my booking.
I had called the hotel to change the name and the hotel informed me that I had to do it via Wotif. I told the hotel that I couldn’t find the option.
Eventually I managed to find it and when I clicked on the link, it led me to change car hires which was not what I wanted.
I tried again and I was led somewhere else. I could not see an option to change it. I eventually called the number.
The supervisor was argumentative with me because I found the whole process over 3 days annoying. What was simple and should have been clear wasn’t as simple. I was offered $100 credit from Wotif to use on my next booking which I declined because I wanted free breakfast at the hotel. But the supervisor was very rude.
I eventually called the hotel to tell me how awful the experience was because Wotif had blamed the hotel for restrictions and not giving options. The hotel staff were far more understanding than Wotif.
I have used Wotif many times but because of this experience I will never book through them again. It was horrible.
January 27, 2019I rate this service very badly. I tried to cancel this booking No.7407626384402 and have my money put back in my account well within 24 hours of booking, both by phone and on line. I was totally unable to do this. I find your organizations service totally unacceptable.

The reception staff is not friendly toward deaf customer. Her attitude is horrible.
January 27, 2019Booked through Wotif using the filter – requesting free parking at the hotel – only to get to hotel and get hit with massive parking fees! 🙄 Don’t think will use again
