February 8, 2019I was under the impression that the bookings I made did not require immediate payment (I could be mistaken). When I checked my account, two bookings had been debited. I am arranging a 12 night trip to NZ and have used a couple of different sites to book. No other sites have debited my account.

It feels so shameful, when someone says like that.
i sent you an email shortly after my booking. still no reply
on the website it states that the hotel is 0.3KM from the Airport
when in fact it is a 30 minute drive
i would like to change this booking to a hotel closer to the Airport ???

February 6, 2019I picked a price of $102 on Wotif and when I booked I was charged $120. My complaint has not been adequately addressed.
February 6, 2019Not happy, as i found out that if i went through the actual business i would have saved around $55, and that when i was told this was the last room available there actually was one available.

Arrived at 11pm after phoning every 15-20 minutes with no reply.
Reception closes at 8pm
They agreed to give me a refund through Wotif
Bookings were touted as pay on arrival, but the room fees were deducted right away.
