I try to cancel my booking, so give back my money.

I have sent several msgs fir call back. Pls call on 0435434 043

I was pretty pissed off I looked up you web site and the price for the hotel was $119 for 1 night when I went to pay the price was $139 which I paid.
5 minutes later I went again on to the web site, and again $119 but when I went onto the hotel site it was $119 reduced to $107 same hotel same saturday , so what is going on I was conned.
I have noticed this a number of times what is said on your web site is different to the price when you go into the hotel

Try being polite and professional

The booking references indicated I would get my reservation confirmed and pay when I arrived at the hotel
In fact I was charged the full amount immediately which makes any potential changes difficult in terms of refunds
This should be made very clear to future customers

Didn’t receive a confirmation email including hotel details.
Whem I go to view my booking with my itinerary number it doesn’t work.

Informed extremely late flight was cancelled, causing us to wait at airport for a long time

I have now received unsolicited advertising from you. It is NOT welcome.

Disgusting service rang up to try and book one extra night and cost me extra 30% bit of a rip off I would not use your service ever again.

The website is difficult on an iPhone. Clicked on a 2 bed room. Itinerary states 1 bedroom. Called Wotif. Computer systems down. Call back tomorrow. Unable to contact hotel. Someone will call you back tomorrow. No phone call. Three phone calls later and lots of stress finally issue resolved . Terrible service
