I booked this for my Son but when I accepted the last room could not change
the name to his, Hotel would not accept him so I had to drive there and book in
and show my identification, It was a emergency. sent you an e-mail but told you would get back within 3 days. I had 3 hours.

My itinerary numbers are different to what I was given so I am confused.

Not happy with the service!
Unfortunately had to cancel my hotel booking with the option of free cancellation.
I had to put a $309 deposit, however I am still awaiting the deposit.

Booking was fine, but the property manager at hobart apartments rented me a unit without permission from the landlord, very dodgy lady, would not recommend anyone staying here. Place was dusty, wasn’t vacuumed properly, dishes won’t washed properly. For 200 a night I expected more

This is for Itinerary 7413829638611. It is my first time to use WotIf. I was hoping it will be smooth & easy. It turned out to be total nightmare and I was on the phone for 3 hours. The worst part is I ended up paying MORE for the flight of my husband. In effect, instead of saving money, it made the total cost go up. WotIf has a very unreliable system. The bad part is that it is me who suffered as a result of their useless system
