The customer service person I spoke with was rude, the cost of the room increased $20 on top of the price quoted plus an extra $50 for an hour late check out & breakfast included is additional $30 per person. The serviced apartments I stayed in the night before for double the price was better than Rydges. I would strongly advise to not order room service, the food isn’t great & the menu isn’t current, overall very unhappy with last night’s stay at Rydges Campbelltown. Just Not Happy!

It took 6 phone calls to resolve an issue caused by your website which I tried to rectify moments after the booking was placed. I was made false promises had incorrect notes left on the file and the one time I did speak to a manager – which only happened because I had to call back as I did not receive the call back I was promised – he did not listen to what I had said and instead of changing the booking to the correct date he processed a full refund when meant I had to pay for the entire amount again to have the booking made for the correct date instead of simply changing the booking and refunding the amount I was over charged. Despite the fact I had told the manager of the terrible service I had recieved from Wotif including the fact that he had not been listening to me I had to demand some form of compensation instead of it being offered.
If it was possible to rate less than 1 star I would. I will never use your service again and have ensured to tell everyone I know about the terrible service I received.

We were very disappointed by NOK Air. We purchased additional baggage on line as we are on a tight budget. I selected the wrong category (20kg of special luggage instead of standard luggage). The made us pay an extra $80 at the airport and would not compensate us for an honest and silly mistake. We were ripped off by the system in Thailand!

Tried to change a booking and wotif said the hotel was unable to do it. I contacted the hotel they were happy to do it so I guess wotif didn’t even try to do it. Now I’m trying to cancel the booking I guess they will charge me a cancellation fee as well. And I have booked the rooms directly with the hotel much easier way to go. Won’t ever use wotif again.

I booked a room through hotels combined and you guys must have taken care of it for them….I am disgusted with the room you have put me and my 16 year old daughter in as when I filled the documents out on hotel combined I explained the situation and I went under group which meant separate beds…..only to arrive at the place to find out otherwise and it’s not the first time you have done it….but they here at Harbour side have been amazing and taken care of the situation and to them I can’t thank enough 🙏but to you at Wotif as I have said you are a disgrace and I have nothing good to say about you and will never use you again and the e mail sent this morning to me was salt to the wound saying I should just pay typical of you as you know I have already paid for a service…your firm is a disgrace and should fund me back my money

Terrible. Last accommodation for the Spring Loaded Festival was cancelled by Wotif/Hotel because of “technical issues”…twice. Just book directly through the hotel and save yourself the trouble.

March 14, 2019The cancellation took half of the total amount which is just ridiculous as the cancellation has been done before 24hours. Talked to the owner and he told he cannot help as I have paid to WOTIF. I have talked to WOTIF and they advised they need to talk to the owner as the half payment goes to the owner, be he disagreed to refund the full amount! I have talked to the owner again but he told I have to read the instructions first before booking. I was not able to reach Melbourne on the day I have booked the room and there are genuine reasons, a 24hr before cancellation must have given the refund!
