Pretty bad. Asked to ensure the room had parking included as I booked on the parking and accomodation page and was told it was $50 extra although this was not mentioned on the mobile responsive page. When I questioned it they weren’t very polite and didn’t get back to me when I actually tried to then book paid parking. I had to make other plans for parking in the end: terrible service

Terrible. i had an emergency – had to rush my daughter to hospital- before leaving on my trip and was going to arrive very late at the motel. i called at 7.48pm to say that and got an answering machine left about 5 messages and no-one ever called back- even the next day. i did not go as i thought i would not be able to get in. i emailed wotif and also did not get a rely. Emergencies happen and i would expect at a motel that you could at least get a phone call back before 8pm at night. So i lost $104 and slept in my car. Bad service. i would not be so unhappy if i got a refund.

i tried to buy online plane and hotel tickets from this company it was unsuccessful and they still took my money from debit card .I have been trying for 7 days to get my money released with no avail i would never use this company again as i believe they are cold and unhelpfull.

I booked through your site, and got a message 2 days later saying you had cancelled my booking because of a problem with my card ( there is nothing wrong with my card !) .. so I rang the Hotel and explained my situation . They rebooked me at a better price ( and using the same card ) , so I won’t be using your service anymore ..

I have used Wotif many, many times but I’m now quite annoyed that the prices seem to crank up when I visit a particular site several times. While looking for a hotel in Istanbul I narrowed it down to 5 4 3 2 and then the one I selected suddenly got $350 more expensive!
Integrity?
There are other booking sites.

Check in was terribly handled, even though I had paid in full for two nights accomodation at 70 Southbank boulevard they said that the room was double booked and shifted me further from my appointment, also the check in process to that point took over 40 minutes and I missed a crucial meeting, I had to postpone to the following day, the apartment air conditioning was inadequate and only trickled our, not a good experience

Stop charging ridiculous taxes when you aren’t actually even giving the correct details. 10% taxes to find out there isn’t enough “off street” for 30 units and quite a few of them are for small cars only so when there are a lot of 4wd then there is no other option than to park on the street where the rif raf walks day and night. The manager is lovely but I watched him tell some customers just to park in the driveway when there was no spots left, later I saw a taxi nearly slam into that car, who is responsible then? Either way, I’m still not happy about your taxes about a hotel that needs some serious upgrades in all areas…

If someone makes a booking that has free cancellations till a pre-determined date, you shouldn’t be removing or holding the complete booking amount til that date. I can understand a nominal amount but when you take nearly $3000 when the booking is over two months off, that is not acceptable.
Secondly, if a customer then calls asking why this has happened and that this is now causing them financial issues, your staff should be giving options rather than oh well it will be free in three to five days.

Guys I am getting a crap service from you, I am being told by your site that the itinerary number listed above does not exist.
Send me an e-mail with a contact name asap and sort this out or give me my money back and I will book with AGODA.
