April 1, 2019Wir machten eine Buchung über ihre Firma und bezahlten mit VISA 140 AUD. Das Hotel hatte keine Ahnung von der Buchung und wir mussten zusätzliche 130 AUD für die Übernachtung bezahlen. Eine wirklich schlechte Leistung ihrer Firma. Ich hoffe sie überweisen den Betrag zurück auf mein VISA Konto.

On first attempt to book I was advised the connection had been interrupted and asked to try again. I see on my credit card that 2 bookings have been made and only one is required.
March 31, 2019Wotif.com had DOUBLE CHARGED me. I had tried to call your customer service line but ITS ALWAYS BUSY and UNREACHABLE! I submitted a report via customer support. BUT your staff replied email to push me back to your support line

I had to cancel my booking early in the morning of my accommodation. Unfortunately Wotif dose not give a refund of a booking after 6pm of the previous day. I rang the hotel to see their policy on this and they stated they would have given me a refund if I had of booked directly through them. I will probably book direct from now on.

My booking was confirmed (msg, email, website confirmation all received), then later, approximately half an hour before we were checking in the hotel cancelled the booking saying they were full – why confirm etc if it is not in fact confirmed, we were out of pocket because we then had to find something else at short notice
