Well, I actually didn’t get to book my plane tickets through Wotif. I tried multiple times to, but each time the website crashed or just told me to try again later. After about 10 attempts at three different time, I gave up and booked my plane tickets through Webjet. Which worked the first time with no problems.

It would be nice if Wotif was more understanding and helpful when honest mistakes are made within bookings. Wotif does not care if there is any issues with your booking. Will not be booking with Wotif again.

I’ve not had correspondence back from Wotif, until I had sent 3 e-mails and only after this Customer Experience Survey was sent to me. I’ll still await adequate resolution of my current problem, with greater promptness, if possible, before I use Wotif ever again.

Terrible. The hotel charged me for the room that I had already paid for. Lucky I was paying attention. When I pointed this out to them, they said they had no evidence of Wotif being paid. What is the point?

Booked online, but when I arrived at hotel, it was closed and I couldn’t enter property.

I rang to change booking but was only offered a 40% refund. This was eventhough the booking was made no less than half hour prior.

Unacceptable.

I booked a reservation and then called up the hotel and they said they will not take me and now I just lose $155 because I can’t get a refund and the hotel refused to take me after I did it

On the search screen I chose a district. But it showed me hotels by price. I ended up booking what looks like a nice hotel but a long way from where I wanted to be. The search options are confusing
