Wotif billed me twice for the accommodation, it may take up to 10days to get the 2nd payment reversed leaving us no spending money for out trip, very dissatisfied.

My money is still awaiting to be in my account and as I got charged double and it’s just such the worst experience I gone through and pls can some one help my money back in my account asap so I can relax as it’s been $437 seating to be Reversed into my account from 3 days just not acceptable for a reputed company like yours .
Can some one call me on 0458984804 urgently to get it reversed asap

You state no money up front though now we see $202.98 has been taken from ouf account

I put in a date of April 9th to book accommodation at Rydges Parramatta. The date changed which I did not pick up on. This should not happen. There is no way I would have done a search for April 23rd. My husband had a conference for April 9th at Rydges Parramatta. I was able to cancel this accommodation as that was part of the agreement. However, this has happened before in town and we were not given the option to cancel. Obviously I need to check more thoroughly but if you put specific dates in, these should not be adjusted.

I made the booking in error, and immediately upon realizing my mistake, cancelled the booking. I have had no acknowledgement of this, and have sent two emails requesting my refund.
Since going onto your site, I have received daily promotions which I am not happy to receive under the circumstances.

I booked an accomodation for my family this Saturday and I was very disappointed what had happened to my family.
I am a busy medical doctor and wanted to spoil my children as I am always busy at work.
So I booked us out for just one night with beach views to spend some quality time with my family in surfers paradise.
I got to the hotel at 15:0O. Check in was 14:00.
My plan was to get my family into our room , a quick freshen up then go out for dinner , ice cream and a walk on the beach then back to our room for the night.
Instead we where stuck I the lobby of the hotel from 15:OO to 17:30. All the kids where hungry and irritable. I was extremely embarrassed that I had this to my family.
In the 2 and a half period I had to speak to numerous staff members that said they could do nothing to help me even though I had already Paid 280$ for my room for the night.
Eventually after calling Wotif myself I was promised a refund of the money I had already paid but had no room to show for it , I very unhappy family , 3 hungry children aged 3,7,9 yrs.
I am terribly dissatisfied,disappointed with this experience….
I feel that that something should be done by Wotif to acknowledge this absolutely ridiculous embarrassing situation I was placed in…..
Absolutely terrible at this point.
The staff are great, but they are unable to do something simple like add breakfast to my booking.
I have spent about 4 hours on the phone over three occasions trying to sort out my booking.
It is still not sorted.

The room you advertised was not available the owner had to contact me and make other arrangements. You had been notified by the owner this room was not available.
