hotel called me to cancel my booking as the booking web made mistake, I called the hotel phone number and verified the cancel request is real. I need to find booking.com to grab another room within. short time course need to pay more. not sure if I will use this app in future

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, 4 hours with many phone calls to change a booking. Absolutely a disgrace.
Will call you back in 30 minutes and didn’t happen we were told how long does someone have to wait to be responded to effectively.

I booked and paid wotif for a holiday to phuket and have just looked on my credit card statement and I have been charged twice by malaysia airlines. First charge of $1458.70 on the 6/4 and then on the 8/4 i was charged $729.35 twice! This is not good enough.

Easy enough to navigate site and choose hotel & flight packages, but we got tricked into paying for a nights accommodation we didnt need. We booked a package for flights and 4 nights. But heres the sting….the flight home is just after midnight, meaning it is really flights and 3 nights, cos you cant checkout on the day you chose. They spoilt our trip as there were no flights available the following day to switch to, and we paid for a night of accommodation we wont be using. Bit of a con job there. We used to use wotif all the time with no problems…but wont use again.

I haven’t received a.copy of the the receipt for the room. The motel this morning advised me that they don’t provide it and it should come directly to me from Wotif.
I need it ASAP.
The hotel was the Urban at St Leonard’s in Sydney booked from the 9th to the 10thof April
