Don’t like the way terms and conditions are only fully disclosed once booking made. While I understand that incidental hotel costs cannot be ascertained at the time of booking, so called “services fees” and “regulatory surcharges” are known and should be disclosed as part of the booking price.
Many jurisdictions have banned such practices or at the very least frown upon them.
Will not use Wotif again for this reason.

Free cancellation before midnight 17 th.
I sent an email to cancel way before then. Had Zero response and still been charged.
What is going on?

The handling of by booking by your staff India’s office resulted in me losing a $550 booking. Further to this My calls were returned.

I have never experienced such incompetence.

I haven’t received any emails at all from wotif. I need an email with my e ticket. I have clicked on resending it a few times as well as reentering my email address but no luck. I also checked my spam folder.

We had to cancel our booking so we contacted the motel with plenty of notice but they refused to refund our money. I said I was happy to pay a cancellation fee but they wouldnt budge and said no they were charging us 100% of the booking. Awful service and a terrible attitude from their manager.
