I am having trouble canceling my booking. Unable to follow the instructions . Your price was almost $140 more expensive than booking through the hotel itself. This is just too much of a gap. I have a 3 night booking way too much diference in pricing

Site said that deposit would be taken but the whole amount was taken out plus a dollar more. Will not use this site again

I assumed Wotif would have one of the best rates. However it was $100 more than booking directly with the hotel AND the hotel included breakfast in their rate.

Had realized almost immediately I had made a mistake for the date booked. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone to rectify. Days later still unresolved. IT SUCKS!

I never received an email confirming my booking. I have to check my bank statement and email to actual hotel to check. When to Wotif website to find an email or chat line, but there was only a phone number and it was late at night. I had checked out as a guest so I couldn’t login to check.
