May 6, 2019Please cancel one of my hotel bookings in London for 2nd June 2019 as I accidentally booked a second time as I had not received a confirmation of the first booking….but my bank account has been debited for both bookings and I can only sleep in one place at one time. Anne Moss

May 4, 2019A mistake was make on the booking. Fully accept that- unable to change dates at the same venue or use monies paid towards another booking at the venue. Money wasted. Apparently hotel does not allow a change- Wotif have no skin in the game either
May 4, 2019I didnt make a booking on 1 May. And I dont have a booking with itinerary number 1280242411150. I did make one on 2 May, itinerary number 7431374998643.
Please confirm that this is your error and I am not double booked.

Thanks for letting people know that you are going to take the whole amount of the trip and not a deposit like all other booking places was left with no money for a week because of this incompitance . So i think you may have worked out i will not be using your service again.

May 3, 2019Not impressed and won’t use again. Better off ringing the hotel directly to book as it was at night : website said was pet friendly but checking the next day was Not suitable unless we kept the dog inside the small cabin if we went out which was an extra $50 per night. Then rang the eotuf number transferred to Expedia. Got a recorded reply tried to cancel and told no way essentially. So no person contact ( not enemy India! ) and no refund at all. Never use these groups!!
