Hi Guys

Long time user of Wotif and continue to use it as my booking service of choice.

I was really annoyed though that after booking my hotel, i jumped on the actual hotel website to check out some more images and send a link to my wife, only to find that they had a 10% off discount code on there.

Given that i spent over $2,000+ that would have been significant for me and my family.

Very disappointed that i could have got the hotel cheaper and to be honest i will probably look around more now rather than just trusting Wotif.

If this is not the world’s worst hotel I don’t know what is. No wi-fi, no proper cable TV, no microwave, no anything really. The town is crap and this joint is a joke. Just keep driving.

I tried to cancel and i couldnt speak to a person it cost more then usal rates and no refund for cancelation

When booking in the concierge was rude and basically rolled his eyes at me when I asked about parking. At this stage there were a number of other people waiting behind me. He then stated there may or may not be any parks available and was almost suggesting but not in words it wasn’t worth me parking at the motel.
I was under the assumption there was free wifi. Could not access as my booking code did not match any from the mantra.
When going down to breakfast, was told of a price. I stated it was already paid for on my room, the lady stated ‘oh ok’ and just said help yourself. Other people whom came in later had everything explained.
Was this because I was in a hoody and jeans and not your typical businesswoman? I felt I should not be at this motel and that I was not really welcome. I warn over $100k year and was treated like trashing a posh hotel of people whom think they are better than me. Won’t be coming back! EVER. Will pass on the rude experiences for sure.

Popup advertised saving with a passcode but never asked to apply so no saving then when called to cancel callcentre never processed the cancellation or refund

Ok…. but what gets me, they offer a discount via email after you book and paid I haven’t received any discount offers in months
How about offering discounts though out the year

Terrible service. I accidentally booked the incorrect date and have been unable to change the booking. In addition, now you have said the date of my booking was 14 August, whereas I definitely booked for 28 August. I have paid for the booking and would appreciate a call to resolve the issue. Kind regards.

Booked through Wotif, only to have hotel contact me and say room is actually booked out. Now have to downgrade to different room. Unimpressed.
