Cant download invoice and they won’t email invoice upon booking.

I was offered 8% discount at checkout. Once I got to checkout the full amount was deducted with no discount. I attempted to contact Wotif. I was put on hold for 23 minutes. Therefore no discount. False advertising. Very disappointed.

I’m sure their service is fine but I was using the app on my phone and the dates reverted so I booked for the wrong date and lost my money. I will always check a lot harder in future.

Hoping to make a booking using the a promo code that Wotif promoted on their homepage of their website. The pop up promo code indicated to use the code at the check out. Unfortunately this was not possible, there was no option to insert a promo code. The website gives you the impression you are about to be transferred to the final payment page where you can use the promo code however it does not, it takes your payment with no option to use the promo code. Disappointed I rang customer service who informed me there is no active promo code despite the promo code popping up on Wotifs own website.Not able to get a refund for the amount of promo code.

I wasn’t happy that I had received an email saying that I would have an 8 per cent discount applied to my booking and then when I booked my motel I couldn’t apply the discount . False advertising.

We tried to book accommodation and flights to Hobart. Your sight would not process payment and book as requested, However charges went through to credit cards, even though the bookings were not made. Comm Bank then queried these charged and put a block on the credit card and cancelled the card due to what was regarded as a “fraudulent” transaction. Very inconvenient as now we are without a credit card for a week.

The immediate debit is terrible. And the no refund position is against Australian law which requires you to have a 7 day cooling off period, regardless of where you are trading from.. So stop your illegal trading in Australia,. By advising that it is non refundable immediately a purchase is made you are using illegal and intimidating tactics and you will be reported. Hopefully banned from trading in Australia.
