I was unable to stay at my the hotel.i booked due to the venue not accepting a cash deposit which is not specified on your website. I then call your customer service team to cancel my.booking and get a refund and I get told that I am not telling the truth about the situation and.then hung up on.
I am disgusted! And still not received.my 200 dollars refunded.

The listing was deceptive and misleading, meaning that the conditions changed from what was advertised to what was on my actual confirmation. I have emailed them three times now and am yet to receive a response. Very disappointing.
