I searched for 2 room studio and ended up apparently with 1 bed and the 2 beds in the request section. Also the cancellation fee was incorrectly listed at $225! So I obviously didn’t choose that! And now I’m stuck with the wrong thing!

Extremely disappointed with the Olsen and Wotif!
Accomodation had been flooded and we were moved to another hotel across road. Only found this out a few hours before due to arrive as I rang to confirm. No phone. Call prior to this in advance. Poor customer service as was looking forward to the Olsen for sentimental reasons. Was moved to the Como which didn’t have even milk in the fridge for coffee. It’s not unreasonable to expect a phone call when accomodation isn’t available.

Misleading hotel information while booking. Once I paid I found out information wasn’t true and I had issues at hotel on arrival and I then had to book another hotel and spend more money elsewhere as I wasn’t allowed to have my two children stay with me and I couldn’t get my money back even though Wotif had on their website/ in the policy that children allowed and extra bed for extra $40 but that was against hotel policy.

Wotif is the worst experience ever never again so rude and full of lies I would not reccomend wotif to anyone. Never in my life have I been treated so badly by a booking platform

When Booking confirmed was wrong date. Called WOTIF immediately .after many emails from WOTIF trying to fix problem but did not get date changed
