I have used this site for many years now! I’ve never had any issues with my bookings. A safe and reliable business. User friendly easy to get around. Prices are always competitive, some of the deals are great.
March 14, 2018I made a mistake with booking and I was helped when I rang in a very efficient manner. Service was more user friendly than the website which I found difficult to follow and use to cancel and rebook.

March 14, 2018it was so easy to book with wotif – we booked a 2hr extension – late checkout with our room & the hotel told us checkout was 11am – not the midday we were expecting when we asked about it they said “wotif should have stipulated a late checkout if available” – but why would you pay extra to “maybe” get a late checkout. other than this the hotel was great – right next to the sunny coast hospital & staff were great
