Easy to follow web page

I made an error with my booking by booking accommodation 1 month too early. It was a non refundable reservation. Your office contacted the hotel finding there was no availability for the same days in the next month. Between your office and the hotel it was agreed that the booking would be cancelled and your office gave me some other options and made a new booking for me. I was concerned but the whole the contact I had with your office was easy, helpful and resolved the situation efficiently for me. My sincere appreciation to your staff with whom I had contact.

Definitely recommend to friends and family needing a pleasant stay in Perth. Felt safe and secure with automatic gate and breakfast was lovely. Spacious accommodation and gorgeous host. Thanks Lynn
