I found the website easy to navigate and was happy to find that I could book my hotel immediately but pay layer. That was very convenient.

I knew immediately that my booking had been accepted. Unlike other sites where a response can take 24 hours.

The purchasing of the room is was quick and easy.

The room was presented nice and clean as was as described.

The lady at the counter seemed pretty rude at first on arrival. But she got better as it went on I suppose. Fridge wasn’t cold, room was small for price

Always a pleasure using wotif for awesome rates on accomodation and other travel needs..

So easy to use and such a great service that understands bookings often have to be changed or cancelled. Helpful also for accommodation places to not have to take calls to change or cancel bookings. It would be helpful to know how much security deposit a hotel etc requires if vendors can either provide this information to the customer or even better have this information put on their Wotif page. Overall, still 5 stars!
