This hotel is centrally placed within easy walking distance from most central Madrid attractions. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and bathroom clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful, this is a great hotel

Stayed for 6 nights while attending a conference locally. The hotel is fabulous - food great (lots of Gluten Free options), rooms great, spa and gym next door. The housekeeping and room service staff were exceptional (service with a smile) and the price was reasonable too. Would highly recommend it!

"Staff was super especially Niera? Clara, othmane, but property needs updating for five star rating in my view. Doors, cabinetry, technology (tv), bathroom fans. Water pressure was also first class. Sheets, towels also first class. Outdoor terrace needs upgrading but food was very good. Regards."

"Beautiful old grand dame hotel. Nicely done, General Manager was charming, attentive and made the rounds. Concierge needs more training. Not knowledgeable in different types of restaurants or museums. The GM told us about the Chillida outdoor museum. Terrific!!"
