Central panajim location. Well maintained comfortable rooms. Fabulous buffet breakfast - especially if like us you enjoy Indian food. Happy hour all evening in bar. Good rooftop swimming pool. Service from staff was exceptional.

By far the best service we had at any of the hotels we stayed at on our trip in India. Really friendly staff, from check in to the maids to the pool bar staff. Shivani upgraded our room (probably due to the massive wedding taking place there!) and helped us with everything we needed, and we had a beautiful surprise on our last night with wine and cake and rose petals in our room :) When my husband got sick she organised someone to go get him medicine. I had an amazing massage at Quan Spa, with again, really lovely service, especially from the lady in the towel room (who's name I can't quite recall, but I think may have been Milani). Our cleaner did a beautiful job with our room each day with little towel animals, and Mary and Josh (and the other guy!) at the pool were lovely. Location doesn't seem close to other hotels or touristy things, which wasn't an issue just an FYI.
