We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We we a family of 6 adults. It was great that Quality transfers shuttle service was in the lobby to coordinate excursions.Jose and Erick we amazing! Would suggest that entertainment be in English and Spanish as we never really knew what was happening.Food selection ...

Loved the pools and beach; just closed a bit early for what I would have liked: 5pm for salt water pool which isn’t salt water at all and is only a small area that is slotted for the hotel which is annoying for what they are advertising as the biggest pool, 6pm for pool with slides, and then 8pm ...
