Every now & then, you find an absolute Gem, this was most certainly 1 of those occasions, the service at reception was simply outstanding both upon arrival & today on departure, all staff were extremely welcoming & friendly & although we knew no Italian (which is shameful English education system) ...

We stayed in Room # 10, so our complaints are specific to that room. The room was small (not unusual for Italy, but they had put two twin beds together creating a large queen. The bed took up most of the space in the room. Little room to maneuver around the bed. Everything became tripping obstacles ...
