I wanted to introduce my Australian boyfriend to France and Belgium, my part of the world, in style, and not choose chain hotel accommodation when he would first visit Paris. The staff was very professional and always ready to assist at any hour of the day/night. The rooms are truly unique, decorated in excellent taste and the location was perfect, being in the centre of the city. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well and the honesty bar was a great touch for those who arrive late at night and want to have a night cap. Because it was such a great experience and the setting such a romantic one (we stayed in the Justine apartment), my boyfriend thought it was the perfect spot to propose! I could not be happier. We will no doubt come back in the future for more happy memories.

Great hotel, staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was plentiful and well planned out, the bed was very comfortable, decent-sized bathroom with great amenities, and nice opening windows onto the street which provided a great atmosphere. Great location near the main shopping malls, and metro stations - great location - I've found my 'Paris' place to stay - will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Wonderful experience in Paris at this hotel, it ticked all the boxes. All of the staff were very friendly and only too happy to help. The suite we had was lovely, quiet and clean. The hotel is in a great location and is easy to walk to most attractions and shopping areas. Best part was the croissants and chocolate rolls for breakfast, yum!
